Sports comes with benefits to he who participate such as better sleep because sports triggers chemical in the brain that makes you feel happier and relexed. Sport improve mental health, sparks creativity, builds confidence, reduces stress, improve lung action, sport builds leaders, it increases connection; Sports enables you to build better relationships with people you may be aware of, but not know personally. Through frequent sport you can get to know a lot about an individual’s personality, their strengths and weaknesses. Sport with colleagues is a good opportunity to build better relationships and networks that may help you in your job. Sport enhances memory and thinking skills.  Sport also aids the healthy development of children. 

Sports increases ones IQ. It is believed that anyone who excel in sport will as well excel in academics. Children from their early years must realize the utility of sports and games. Methods of physical fitness should be introduced early in life by well trained teachers and coaches. With proper training in sports and games, students become active, sporting, dashing, daring and adventurous, capable of meeting the challenges of life in the future.
